Hall did fairly well, but we ought to be wondering why neither of our two high schools came in first place (or even 2nd or 3rd) in any category ... The 1st place winner for best area high school was Avon ... Hartford Magazine (June 2009 issue) rated public 4 year high schools in the Greater Hartford area
